Oh! Body Sculpting Appointment Policy

1.     New Clients:
a.     All new clients are required to pay a $49 appointment deposit prior to scheduling an appointment. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the new client special for the first session except when the appointment is considered as a missed appointment or if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours of the appointment time.

2.     Scheduling Appointments:

a.     All appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, text messages, or at the end of the appointment.

b.     Walk-in appointments are not available.

3.     Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a.     We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

b.     Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame will result in a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the scheduled appointment, which will automatically be charged to the credit card used to pay the initial appointment deposit for all new clients. For current clients, the cancellation fee must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment or if a package was purchased, it will be deducted from the package balance.

c.     Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may require pre-payment for future appointments.

4.     Arrival Time:

a.      Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your session.

b.      Late arrivals past 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment may result in a shortened session and you will still be charged the full appointment fee.

5.     Missed Appointments:

a.     If you are 15 minutes late or more of your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a missed appointment.

b.     Missed appointments must be rescheduled for another date and/or time.

c.     Missed appointments will be assessed the full cost of the scheduled appointment and must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment or if a package was purchased, it will be deducted from the package balance.

6.     Consultation:

a.     Consultations are included in the first body contouring appointment.

b.     If you prefer a separate consultation appointment, it will need to be scheduled separately for a $99 charge with a $49 appointment deposit.

7.     Payment:

a.     Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment, unless a pre-payment plan has been arranged prior to your first appointment.

b.     We only accept cash, debit, and credit card (Visa or Mastercard) payments. Personal or business checks are not accepted.
c.     If paying in cash, please bring exact change. We do not keep cash on the premises.
d.     All sales are final. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS.

8.     Confidentiality:

a.     We respect your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. Your personal and medical information will be kept secure.

9.     Safety and Health:

a.     Your health and safety are our top priorities. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, please inform us during the booking or consultation.

b.     If there are any changes in your health or medical condition during the course of your appointments, please inform us immediately.

c.      We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments and/or services if we believe it is in our and/or your best interest.

10.  Refunds and Guarantees:

a.     Our services come with no explicit guarantees, as results may vary from person to person.

b.     All sales are final and there are no refunds.

c.     All packages and purchase of services must be used within six months from the date of purchase.

d.     Any unused sessions and or services past six months from the date of purchase are non-refundable and are forfeited with no replacement or cash value.

e.     Remaining balances are not eligible to be carried forward. All sales are final and there are absolutely NO REFUNDS.

11.  Aftercare:

a.     Follow any post-treatment instructions provided by our staff to maximize the benefits and minimize potential side effects.

12.  Customer Service:

a.     We are committed to providing excellent customer service. If you have any concerns or feedback, please feel free to discuss them with our team.

13.  Changes to the Policy:

a.     We reserve the right to modify this appointment policy at any time. Please check our website or inquire with our staff for the most up-to-date policy.
